The powered flange-mounting fixture is meticulously designed to achieve precise positioning of the mounting flanges on the center line of the radiator assembly. It features power adjustment capabilities for panel length and assembly depth, allowing operators to swiftly reconfigure the machine to accommodate production changes. The implementation of a servo motor positioning system ensures consistent and accurate assemblies.

During operation, the Header Tube is placed in a support that can be adjusted up or down based on the assembly's depth, determined by the number of panels involved. The center line is meticulously maintained through the header tube supports. The mounting flange assembly is carefully positioned to achieve an exact center-to-center distance for mounting purposes. The header tubes from the welded assembly is lowered into position and welded. Center to center distance is controlled with the flange adjustment. The powered flange-mounting fixture streamlines the assembly process and guarantees consistent quality in production.
